The AMERO. Who knows about it and do we have the power to stop it from happening?
I have only JUST found out that the Mexican, United States and Canadian Officials are meeting and planning a North American monetary system like the EURO, and the plan is to call it the AMERO.
Is this a done deal, or might it be squelched?

It is not a done deal. I would say you would want to stay involved in politics to know when/if this will happen. This would be all over the knews should it come to pass. The American government would be stupid to try this at the moment since the economies of Canada, Mexico, and America are all at different points.
Eventually this may be a possibility IF Mexico and Canada can bring their eonomy close to what the US can do.
Remember the US population would have to know about this before congress could enact something of this magnitude.
